I am so so disappointed today with the hair cut for my 2 sons. This used to be out favorite location but it turned out to be an absolutel disaster The hair dresser took both the side locks of my son and when I asked her she said that she asked my 10 year old son about the same. When I am present there she could have asked me about this. My elder sons haircut was also not good. Overall I am a dissatisfied customer and the additional 2 star is because they have been good in the past

Complete waste of time, this location doesn?t even follow the order of check-in times. I correctly used the ?Check-in Online? option and I patiently waited for my long turn (1 hour and 20 minutes). Right as it was my turn, my spot gets instantly taken by someone who didn?t properly ?Check-in Online?. The stylist Jasmine did not care about the overall situation and did not bother ask me if it was ok for this gentleman to skip ahead of me. I understand being short-staffed is one thing, but, mismanaging your own system with my check-in time to compensate some idiot who didn?t ?check-in online? properly is rude and unprofessional to those who your system correctly.
